Regiment Calatrava
My second Spanish heavy cavalry regiment, again using Front Rank figures and a flag from Maverick Models, this one representing the Calatrava regiment:

Hi - thanks for posting. I have just started painting Spanish (up to about 1811/12 uniforms for the most part) so finding your blog is a real bonus for me for inspiration. Cheers. Brian.
ReplyDeleteThanks Brian. 1811/12 seems like a better ways to go in many ways, as it would give a lot more scope than the 1805 pattern uniform. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing your finished items on your blog.
